Bianka Goes to the Pumpkin Patch

Bianka went on her very first field trip last week to the Pumpkin Patch that is just out of town. Can you guys believe that my baby girl is old enough to be going on field trips? I went with her class and we had so much fun! Here are some picture for your viewing pleasure!

Here is Bianka with the pumpkin she picked from the patch.

Can we say school spirit??

I am the very last person you would have ever caught dead in a Boonville Pioneers t-shirt and I sure as hell would have NEVER been on the cheerleading team (OK so I was in 4th grade, for like 2 weeks, temporary loss of sanity) but my girls LOVE this stuff so I go along with it. Bianka was recently in the homecoming parade for our hometown team and she had the time of her life. She is all about the t-shirts and face painting and the Ra Ra girls. I have to admit, she looked SO cute! I am even kind of getting into this stuff. I took her and bought her all kinds of Bobcat stuff, and of course I had to have some too! LOL  Yep that would be me in that picture with Sandy and Stacy sporting all of my Bobcat gear and looking very "Bobcat-ish"! (Stop laughing, I can hear you laughing darn it! )

My husband is a dork!

Seriously! Look at this picture! I actually chose to marry this man,
what is wrong with me? All joking aside I love him. He treats me like
a princess and be us the best father I have ever seen (second only to
my own Daddy!). So I just wanted to acknowledge him for once. Love you
babe! :o)

I need some new books!

I went to Books-a-Million the other day and I am so sad. None of my very favorite authors have written any new books all year! Why in the world would ALL of my authors decide to take a break at the same time? They are probably all vacationing in Tahiti drinking some very yummy drink with an umbrella in it laughing because I have NOTHING to read! (Yes I do make myself sound VERY important, don't I? LOL) Do you know how hard it is to fall asleep without a book? I wonder if there is some way that I can sue the publishing company for causing my insomnia. Anyway just for kicks lets try to scrounge up some good reads. If anyone has any suggestions of a great book that I can read PLEASE let me know! :o) In the mean time I have picked up a new book called Slummy Mummy by Fiona Neill which seems promising so far. It is a British comedy about a businesswoman turned stay at home mom. Who knows, maybe I have found the next great "shopoholic" series. I'll let you all know!
